Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• Netherlands: 5–10 business days

• Other international locations: Delivery times may vary based on destination.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Northinex is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Northinex is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
